Edict of the President of the RK
On additional measures for implementation of the state guarantees of the
freedom of entrepreneurial activities
(The 14 June 1996 year № 3036)

In the purposes of Implementation of the state guarantees of the freedom of entrepreneurship activities, providing support and defense, excluding the facts of groundless interference of the state bodies' officials into the activities of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities I decree:

I. Determine, that in case of wittingly illegal interference of the state bodies' officials, who carry out supervision and control functions, and also Akims of all levels into the entrepreneurship activities of the citizens and legal entities, issuing of illegal acts and authorizing illegal responsibilities, which impede entrepreneurship activities, they subject to be discharged from the state service and called to responsibility in accordance with legislation of the RK.
